Maintaining Mental Fitness is an educational webinar series designed to support mental fitness for organizations and individuals.

Season 1 was presented by Dr. Bill Howatt and Jesse Adams in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. While some of the information applies to the conditions at the time, many of the topics and tips are useful now and going forward.

Season 2 continues the series with more great tips for Maintaining Mental Fitness as presented throughout 2021. Presented by Dr. Bill Howatt and Jesse Adams.

Season 3 was presented in 2022 and focuses on the transition from a pandemic workplace environment into the new workplace culture as it impacts mental health and wellbeing. Season 3 is presented and moderated by mental health subject matter experts from across Canada.
